We understand that you may wish to delete your TalequviShort account. This page provides information about the account deletion process and what it means for your data.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read this page carefully before proceeding.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your TalequviShort account, the following will occur:
- Your profile and account information will be permanently deleted
- Your viewing history and preferences will be removed
- You will lose access to all content and features
- Your email address or account identifier will be released
- Any saved content or playlists will be deleted
Data Retention
Please note that some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes:
- Transaction records may be kept for accounting and legal compliance
- Some data may be retained in backup systems for a limited time
- Information required by law to be retained will be kept as necessary
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account through the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the TalequviShort app
- Go to Settings
- Select "Account Deletion"
- Accept the deletion risk notice, then confirm the deletion when prompted
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to contact@talequvishort.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address or account identifier associated with your TalequviShort account
- Provide a brief reason for deletion (optional)
Before You Delete: Your Subscription
Deleting your TalequviShort account does not cancel your Premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the app store you purchased through. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first in your app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play) to avoid future charges.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within:
- In-app deletions: Immediate to 24 hours
- Email requests: 3-5 business days
In-app deletions take effect immediately. If you requested deletion by email, we will confirm by email once your account has been deleted.
Alternative Options
If you're not sure about permanently deleting your account, consider these alternatives:
- Privacy Settings: Adjust your privacy settings to limit data collection
- Clear History: Delete your viewing history without deleting your account
Reactivation
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use TalequviShort again, you will need to create a new account.
